GCC Business Development Manager
Job Description
ENDENA Group is an international engineering, project management, and sustainability consulting group supporting real estate and infrastructure projects in France and internationally. The role focuses on developing the activities of Endena Group in the GCC region, specifically for Terao & Atixis and Endena Consulting (secondment services).
Responsibilities
- Identification of potential clients and setting up key meetings
- Identification of opportunities and proposal set up
- Bidding Management and documentation gathering
- Sales data input in CRM and databases
- Develop and support TERAO secondment activity
- Translate client technical needs into secondment scopes
- Identify and qualify a pool of qualified consultants
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
Qualifications
- University/Business School degree in Business/Marketing, or Engineering degree with sales experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Business Development, including at least 3 years in the GCC region
- Based in the GCC region (Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Saudi Arabia)
