Business Development, Beauty Manager/Senior Manager, KSA - Global Brands Operations
Job Description
This role focuses on deeply engaging with the core Middle East beauty market to drive business success and regional growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local beauty industry, coupled with established networks and relationships with beauty merchants in the region.
Responsibilities
- Merchant Resource Development & Maintenance: Proactively identify beauty brand owners and distributors
- End-to-End Business Cooperation Execution: Independently manage requirement communication, proposal development, negotiation, contract signing
- Performance Achievement & Optimization: Undertake performance indicators such as the number of cooperative merchants and GMV
- Market Information Feedback: Monitor local beauty consumption trends, competitor strategies, and produce analysis reports
Qualifications
- Possess local beauty brand merchant resources in Saudi Arabia / the UAE
- Candidates with business development or operational experience in the beauty category on leading e-commerce platforms will be strongly preferred
- Fluent in English & Arabic
