Director of Marketing And Business Development
Job Description
Lead company-wide growth and revenue expansion for Tamkeen Human Resource. Strategic partnerships, brand leadership, market intelligence, and high-value bid management. Lead strategic partnerships and joint ventures with government and giga-projects. Own group-level key account strategy. Negotiate MSAs. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Own corporate brand strategy. Lead employer branding and PR. Build standardized GTM frameworks (pricing, value proposition). Oversee strategic tenders. Coordinate cross-functional input.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships and framework agreements
- Own group-level key account strategy for Tier-1 clients
- Negotiate MSAs and umbrella contracts
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Own corporate brand strategy across markets
- Build standardized GTM frameworks
- Oversee strategic, high-value tenders
- Coordinate input from HR, Finance, and Legal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy/business development
- Fluent in Arabic & English
