Marketing Associate
Job Description
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in understanding the complete marketing mix and utilizing market research and consumer behavior analysis to drive effective strategies. You will work closely with the Sales team in Retail & Aesthetic consumer health to drive revenue and develop successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Identify and satisfy customer needs
- Maintain customer loyalty and build relationships
- Work with Sales team to drive revenue and brand awareness
- Develop a digitally enabled integrated marketing model
- Improve customer reach through Digital Marketing and Influencers
- Execute launch plans for new suppliers and ranges
- Monitor sell out and stock to customize promo plans
- Provide training for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences
- 2-3 Years Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate or Assistant in Skin care
- Marketing skills
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
