Part-Time Learning & Development Specialist – Pre-Opening Hotel | Dubai. We are seeking a Part-Time Learning & Development Specialist to join the pre-opening team of an upcoming 4-star hotel in Dubai. This role will support the design and delivery of training programs to prepare employees for exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver pre-opening training programs
  • Conduct onboarding and service excellence training
  • Support department heads with training needs
  • Prepare training materials and schedules
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, HR, or related field preferred
