Job Description
Professional and experienced HR Recruiter to support the Human Resources Department by managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Support candidate orientation and trial period activities
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within group organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Candidate must hold a valid visa with a minimum of 30 days validity
