Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth through high-value player engagement
  • Proactively cultivate lasting relationships with VIP players
  • Provide enhanced proactive one-stop service to VIP members
  • Resolve escalated issues from VIP customers
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to conduct VIP account reviews
  • Partner with VIP Promotions team to boost engagement
  • Offer insights to product and marketing teams

Qualifications

  • Previous Account Management experience and proven leadership capabilities
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities
  • Strong numeracy competency
  • Prior experience in dealing with Sales/VIP/Corporate clients
  • Proven aptitude for making effective decisions
