Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in UAE Labor Law and end-to-end HR operations to join our team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional capable of managing HR functions independently while supporting business growth and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and exit processes
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and HR best practices
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Oversee performance management systems, employee evaluations, and appraisals
- Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
- Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and PRO-related activities
- Support staff training and development initiatives
- Act as a strategic HR partner to management on workforce planning
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong and practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience in policy development, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Industry experience in construction, oil & gas, or engineering is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
