Team Lead Rider Onboarding
Job Description
This role involves assisting new 3PLs onboard and guiding them in processing their documents to compliance and legal departments for approvals, as well as guiding them in the process of onboarding their riders. You should have experience with handling classified documents.
Responsibilities
- Classified documents verification
- Create Compliance and Legal tickets using company system (MSD)
- Daily monitoring of application and follow up with 3PL’s Owners
- Follow-ups on 3pls applications with Legal and Compliance
- Update database and create reports for management
- Manage contracts data and liaise with management and finance
- Guide and communicate 3PL’s owners regarding onboarding process for riders
- Monitor 3pls contract expiration and communicate with 3pls and legal to renew contracts
- Monitor active/inactive contracts and riders count
- Provide support to line manager to develop standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and GRD function
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- People management skills
- Advance MS office, google doc’s, sheets
- Fluent in both English and Arabic is mandatory
