Job Description
Serves as the dedicated, in-country HR leader for Adobe KSA, responsible for enabling compliant, effective, and HR services tailored to the local context and support. Acts as a primary HR contact for the market and a strategic bridge across HR program designs and rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Establish and own foundational HR operations
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws
- Strategic guidance to country leadership on people management
- Oversee visa processing, Iqama renewals, and Saudization
- Manage complex employee relations situations
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 years in SaaS solution environment
- Expertise in Saudi labor regulations and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
