Product Operations Manager
Job Description
We are hiring a Product Operations Manager to build our Product Ops function from the ground up. You will design and run the operating cadence, embed operational excellence into our core processes, and deliver cross functional initiatives that improve how we plan, ship, and learn.
Responsibilities
- Build and own webook.com Product Ops foundations (planning cadence, OKRs, roadmap)
- Orchestrate release readiness and go-to-market execution
- Create the post-launch learning loop (performance tracking, insights)
- Define and track cross-market experience standards
- Drive horizontal initiatives to improve delivery speed and quality
- Establish lightweight documentation and tooling standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Ops, Product, Business Ops, consulting, or transformation roles in a tech environment
- Proven ability to build operating models and rituals from scratch
- Experience supporting multi market launches or localization
- Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, or ticketing
- Data fluency: comfortable with metrics and dashboards
