Manager Data Science | Revenue Management

In this role, you will play a significant part in leading a team of skilled data scientists, developing advanced analytical models, and ensuring the effective utilization of data-driven insights to enhance our revenue management practices. You will harness the power of data to drive strategic decisions and optimize revenue performance. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including commercial, pricing, finance, and operations teams, to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement data-driven solutions that align with our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for shaping our data science strategy and continuously improving analytical capabilities
- Develop predictive models, pricing algorithms, and demand forecasting tools
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to deploy AI & ML-powered solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze complex datasets and identify trends
- Work with data engineering teams to deploy and maintain data science models in a production environment
- Manage data science projects and foster relationships with stakeholders
- Oversee the design, development and deployment of data science projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments
- Coach and mentor team members for their development and successful project delivery
- Lead and manage a team of Data Scientists
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Example: Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering or any related field)
- Minimum of 8 years job-related experience
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, data engineering, operations research, forecasting and optimization methods
- Strong background in statistical analysis, optimization techniques, and predictive modeling
- Well-versed in AI and ML methodologies
