Senior Medical Manager Oncology - MTL
Job Description
The Snr. Medical Manager reports directly to the Country Medical Director. This is a hybrid role combining in-office work, customer-facing medical and in the field activities. You will develop a deep understanding of Global and Regional Pfizer Medical Affairs Strategies to shape and execute local medical tactics.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing local medical strategies and scientific stakeholders’ engagement plans
- Identify disease area/customers’ unmet medical needs
- Provide medical support to cross-functional teams
- Share scientific and field medical insights through regular reports
- Design and execute educational programs to create scientific awareness
- Provide education on the clinical impact of medicinal products
- Responsible for KOL management in designated therapeutic area
- Act as the internal and external ambassador with universities and health authorities
Qualifications
- Medical background: Medical Doctor or Pharmacist Doctor
- More than 4 years’ experience in medical affairs
- Full awareness of FCPA pharmaceutical industry codes and local laws
