Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Al Qusais. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR administrative tasks, ensuring our company remains 100% compliant with the latest UAE Labor Laws while maintaining smooth daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- MOHRE & Visa Management: End-to-end processing of employment visas and labor contracts.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain tracker for expiry of company and employee documents.
- Bilingual Support: Translate basic documents and assist in communication with government entities.
- Payroll & WPS: Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure timely salary transfers.
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, orientations, offboarding, and End of Service Benefit calculations.
- Office Administration: Manage office utilities, stationery procurement, and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in the UAE
- Deep familiarity with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021
- Excellent English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
