Job Description
Rittal designs and manufactures industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities in the assigned region. Primary Activities: Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends and client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demand. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Track and report on sales performance. Represent company at industry events. Drive regional engagement with Vertical Market Team strategy. Support major OEM and distribution engagements. Develop relationships with technology partners. Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related. 5+ years of experience in business development or sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel required >65%.

Qualifications

- Ability to analyze market trends and use data to inform strategic decisions
- Travel required >65%
