Sales Consultant – Off-Plan Real Estate for Developer
Job Description
LARAIX Developers LLC is hiring an experienced Sales Consultant with strong knowledge of the UAE Off-Plan Real Estate Market. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling clients, closing deals, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced developer environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales leads for off-plan projects
- Conduct property presentations, site visits & client meetings
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Off-Plan Property Sales (Developer)
- Familiar with DLD/RERA processes and developer sales standards
