Job Description
Commercial & Contract Manager – Facility Management & Interior Fit-Out. We are seeking a senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations and client acquisition for Facility Management and Interior Fit-Out projects. The role requires strong financial control, contract management expertise, and a proven ability to win and retain clients in the UAE market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for FM and fit-out projects
- Drive client acquisition and identify new business opportunities
- Manage key client relationships
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and proposals
- Control project budgets, costs, and margins
- Collaborate with operations and project teams
- Provide market intelligence and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
