Regional Vice President of Operations (South East)
Job Description
The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of hospitality properties within the south west or south east region of United States. This leadership role will involve strategic planning, operations management, and financial oversight to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage location leaders and regional managers across multiple properties
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage regional budget and financial performance
- Oversee operations ensuring efficient implementation of policies
- Champion initiatives to improve guest experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple properties
- Strong financial acumen
