- Welcome and seat guests promptly while managing reservations and table assignments
- Ensure restaurant, tables, and menus are clean and guest-ready
- Maintain station charts and cover counts
- Provide menu knowledge and handle inquiries
- Assist with food & beverage service when required
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent telephone manner
