Human Resources Consultant - Investigator
Job Description
MacLean Investigation Services Inc. is seeking a Bilingual HR Consultant – Investigator to conduct confidential investigative interviews and gather evidence for workplace harassment, discrimination, and misconduct cases. This remote role requires conducting interviews in both English and French and preparing detailed reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct investigative interviews with parties and witnesses in English and French
- Gather, analyze, and summarize relevant evidence
- Prepare detailed interview notes and summaries
- Support case planning and credibility assessments
- Ensure compliance with legislation and procedural fairness
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (oral and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR or workplace investigations
- Strong interviewing and analytical writing skills
- Knowledge of Canadian labour and human rights legislation
