Darkroom is a technology-driven growth marketing firm. We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to support our recruiting team as we scale across Creative, Paid Media, and more.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Schedule interviews and support candidate communication
- Maintain clean candidate data in Ashby
- Partner with recruiters to improve hiring operations
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR
- Clear, professional communication skills in English
- Experience working with ATS (Ashby preferred)
