Job Description
Hijaab retail shop in Mubarakiyah is hiring a friendly, professional Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll engage customers, drive sales, manage merchandising, and help maintain a neat, attractive shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers; provide product advice and styling recommendations
- Meet individual and store sales targets; upsell and promote offers
- Process transactions (cash/card), handle returns/exchanges
- Maintain merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and visual displays
- Keep the shop clean and organized; assist with inventory counts
- Support store opening/closing and occasional weekend shifts
- Provide excellent after-sales service and build customer relationships
Qualifications
- Female candidates preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years retail/sales experience (fashion or related preferred)
- Strong Arabic and good English communication skills
- Valid residency/work permit for Kuwait
