Job Description

Balparmak is looking for a Brand Manager to join its Marketing team at the headquarters in Çekmeköy. The role involves leading product development, brand positioning, and execution of brand communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product development, brand positioning, and execution of communication strategies
  • Monitor market dynamics and develop insights-based analyses
  • Develop and evaluate marketing plans in line with market trends
  • Prepare and manage the annual brand budget
  • Execute new product launches and re-launches
  • Coordinate ATL and BTL advertising activities
  • Manage and develop digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with media and market insight partners
  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams
  • Oversee consumer engagement and PR activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of brand management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive mindset
  • No travel restrictions
