Job Description
Lucky Engineering Services is seeking a Recruiter to handle the full recruitment lifecycle and support HR operations. The role includes sourcing candidates, managing onboarding and exits, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
- Schedule interviews and issue offer letters
- Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Maintain physical and digital employee records
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Support visa processing and renewals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Experience in construction / engineering industry (Advantage)
