Job Description
INJOUABLES Real Estate is hiring real estate agents in Dubai. We are looking for ambitious, driven, and business-minded individuals to join our growing real estate company and work on high-value property projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for advising local and international clients, managing property transactions, and building long-term relationships in one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new clients through multiple channels (calls, networking, referrals, social media, etc.)
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Conduct property viewings and present real estate projects professionally
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored investment solutions
- Negotiate and close property deals in line with company standards
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations
- Work closely with internal teams and developers to deliver the best client
Qualifications
- Strong motivation with a clear sales and performance mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, professional, and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- English is required (French and other languages are a strong advantage)
- Previous real estate or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Must have a valid driving license and own a car
