Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant People & Culture Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah. You will work closely with the Director of People & Culture to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and support the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders on performance management and employee relations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and well-being
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
  • Maintain HR systems and lead recognition programs
  • Assist in workforce planning and productivity analysis
  • Handle employee inquiries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
