Job Description

The PRO Clerk supports the Public Relations Officer in handling all government-related documentation and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth processing of visas, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and compliance with local laws.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and track applications for visas, Emirates IDs, and labor contracts
  • Assist with renewals, cancellations, and amendments for records
  • Coordinate with government entities (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DHA)
  • Maintain organized employee files and government documentation
  • Monitor expiry dates for visas, IDs, licenses, and permits
  • Prepare periodic reports on visa status and compliance

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in PRO, HR, or administrative roles (UAE experience Mandatory)
  • Familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, etc.)
  • UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
