Job Description
The PRO Clerk supports the Public Relations Officer in handling all government-related documentation and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth processing of visas, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and compliance with local laws.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and track applications for visas, Emirates IDs, and labor contracts
- Assist with renewals, cancellations, and amendments for records
- Coordinate with government entities (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DHA)
- Maintain organized employee files and government documentation
- Monitor expiry dates for visas, IDs, licenses, and permits
- Prepare periodic reports on visa status and compliance
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in PRO, HR, or administrative roles (UAE experience Mandatory)
- Familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, etc.)
- UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
