Job Description
A key member of the Plant leadership team and the EMEA regional finance organization, this role plays a critical role in driving financial performance, transparency, and strategic decision-making across the MCB and PCBA manufacturing plants in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual costing cycles, planning cycles, and financial forecasts
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Plant Manager
- Establish and maintain robust product costing systems
- Maintain a strong system of internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree of Finance, Accounting, Business or similar
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements and the SOX control framework
