Responsibilities
- Answering telephones and screening calls
- Managing and maintaining executive calendars
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and logistics
- Preparing and proofreading correspondence and reports
- Making travel arrangements for leadership
- Maintaining organized office files and records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior-level executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
