Job Description
Geekay Group is looking for a Retail Sales Associate. Knowledge in gaming/collectibles is preferred. The role involves greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, providing outstanding customer service, and operating cash registers.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with our merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
- Operating our cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
- Achieving established goals
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store
- Increasing in store sales
- Superior product knowledge
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
Qualifications
- Knowledge in gaming/collectibles are preferred
- Candidate must complete min 2 years in your previous company
