Job Description

To manage all non–face-to-face customer enquiries received through phone and digital platforms and convert them into measurable business outputs, while providing structured support to talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, and head office administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email
  • Convert enquiries into qualified leads and confirmed bookings
  • Maintain enquiry logs and follow-up trackers
  • Coordinate interview scheduling for talent acquisition
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and CV databases
  • Support onboarding activities and document collection
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for Head Office
  • Coordinate internal communications between departments
