Job Description
Responsible for managing and evaluating Quality Control personnel at the project. Requires deep experience in offshore oil and gas industry quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Report on welding quality issues
- Ensure welding procedures are updated at site
- Liaise with clients and third parties to resolve quality issues
- Ensure final certification dossiers are prepared
- Allocate QC resources to site requirements
Qualifications
- Basic engineering degree
- 12 years of working experience in oil and gas
- 6 years experience in offshore similar projects
- CSWIP 3.2 or AWS-SCWI certified
- ASNT Level 2 (UT, RT, PT, MT)
