Job Description
We are seeking a Product Advisor with strong experience in HR systems, recruitment workflows, and job marketplace platforms to help shape how a job marketplace should function in practice. This role is advisory and product-focused.
Responsibilities

- Review and improve job posting, discovery, matching, and application flows
- Help define marketplace logic such as visibility, relevance, and trust
- Provide product feedback to enhance employer and candidate experience
- Support strategic product decisions with real-world HR insight
Qualifications
- Experience in HR tech, recruitment platforms, or job marketplaces
- Strong understanding of real hiring challenges and workflows
- Product-minded with a strong UX and user-journey perspective
