Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Steward to join our team in a 5-star hotel. Responsibilities include overseeing daily stewarding operations, managing the team, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily stewarding operations and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage stewarding team performance, training, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies
- Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to support smooth operations
- Monitor and control stewarding supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Steward or similar role in a 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Experience in inventory control, equipment handling, and chemical usage
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
