Job Description
Hill International provides program management, project management, construction management, and other consulting services. The candidate will provide oversight on all contractual and commercial matters related to the design, construction and supply contracts, managing the procurement and budget control function.
Responsibilities
- Management of contracts from the PMC perspective
- Manage FIDIC contracts
- Handle claims and disputes
- Manage arbitration processes
- Handle variations
- Oversee contractor payments
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of general experience in rail sector
