Customer Service Agent - Coffee Chain
Job Description
Responsible for managing all third-party delivery aggregator platforms for the coffee chain. Ensures accurate menu setup, pricing, and item availability, and resolves customer complaints.
Responsibilities
- Manage third-party delivery aggregator platforms
- Set up and maintain menus, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor incoming orders for accuracy and timeliness
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with store teams and aggregator support
- Track performance and report recurring problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or food delivery platforms
