Creative Producer
Job Description
Ruby Labs is hiring a Creative Producer to drive the advertising creative process. You will develop ad concepts for video and static creatives, manage production timelines, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns for mobile and web products.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation and iteration of video and static ad creatives
- Write structured briefs for designers and content creators
- Analyze campaign performance using data from Ads Manager and Tableau
- Monitor creative trends and competitor strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience producing performance-driven creatives for paid ads
- Experience with subscription-based products
- English level B2+
- Location within ± 4 hours of CET
