Job Description
Deloitte is seeking high-potential candidates to join our team as Department Assistants. You will gain hands-on business experience among top-talent professionals and build a strong network of colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality support service and maintain operational efficiency
- Provide administrative/secretarial support such as answering telephones and assisting visitors
- Schedule meetings, events, interviews, appointments and travel arrangements
- Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, and records
- Process SAP shopping carts, vendor invoices and contracts
- Liaise with Accounting/Finance and Human Resources departments
- Sort and distribute mail; prepare timely responses to written inquiries
Qualifications
- 1 - 4 years of experience as a Department Assistant in a reputable firm
- University degree in a related field
- Distinctive planning, organizational and organization skills
- Able to work within a dynamic environment and flexible work hours
- Having good communication and pronunciation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Stress and time management skills
