Drives and supports network-wide initiatives ensuring daily and weekly compliance is met. Execution of daily coaching to support development of warehouse associates.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Learning Associates
- Implement and execute training programs
- Facilitate orientation and training classes
- Track and record training metrics
- Owner of PIT Training Program
Qualifications
- Saudi nationals only
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
