Job Description

The People Executive will play a key role in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition and people operations, with a strong focus on recruitment for internships and junior-level roles. This role requires a highly hands-on individual who will be involved in every stage of the hiring lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing suitable candidates to setting up interviews and managing offer rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for internships and junior-level positions
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, campus hiring, and referrals
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and manage the recruitment pipeline, trackers, and dashboards
  • Support hiring managers with job descriptions and interview feedback
  • Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives
  • Represent the company at career fairs and campus events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations or talent acquisition
  • Exposure to end-to-end hiring processes is preferred
