General Manager - UAE
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our regional logistics operations across the UAE. This senior leadership role is ideal for a dynamic logistics professional with deep expertise in supply chain management, operational excellence, and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall strategy, operations, and profit growth for UAE logistics
- Develop and execute a 3–5-year regional logistics strategy
- Oversee warehousing, transportation, and last-mile operations
- Lead negotiations with key accounts and expand customer base
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the region
- Mentor and grow local leadership talent
- Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- 5+ years in regional or senior leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with TMS/WMS systems
