Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative professional to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
- Support various departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality
- Handing employee queries and supporting Group HR with documentations
- Employee attendance & leave management
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
