Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative professional to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality
  • Handing employee queries and supporting Group HR with documentations
  • Employee attendance & leave management
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
