HR Team Lead
Job Description
As an HR Team Lead at CapsLock, you will manage a team of three members and report directly to the HR Director. You will act as a coach and mentor, helping to shape and evolve HR processes including onboarding, performance evaluation, and culture programs. CapsLock provides digital marketing services and specializes in customer acquisition solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process and documentation
- Administer pulse surveys to assess organizational culture
- Collaborate with external vendors for HR resources
- Coordinate major company events and budgeting
- Utilize metrics and data analytics to measure HR effectiveness
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR
- Manage employee relations and inquiries
- Assist in performance management implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
