Job Description
Regional Sales Manager responsible for B2B client resources in construction, municipal engineering, power energy, and mining infrastructure. The role involves managing the entire rental process for engineering equipment, coordinating with technical and risk teams, and using CRM systems for project tracking.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop and maintain B2B client resources
- Understand client construction scenarios and match equipment models
- Lead the design of rental solutions
- Utilize a CRM system to update client dynamics and project progress
- Collaborate with technical engineers, legal and risk control teams
Qualifications
- Age 28–40
- Associate's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Manufacturing, Civil Engineering, Transportation, or Marketing
- At least 3 years of sales experience in engineering equipment
- Hold a C1 or higher driver's license with at least 2 years of actual driving experience
