Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and scale marketing in Kuwait. You’ll be responsible for how growth actually happens, from strategy to execution to learning, working closely with leadership, finance, and operations. This role is about building and operating a real marketing system that drives sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing priorities for the Kuwait market
- Design and run full-funnel marketing initiatives
- Establish baselines, run experiments, and iterate
- Track and interpret KPIs across the funnel
- Partner closely with finance, operations, and CX
- Turn execution into insights
Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of experience in marketing (digital / performance background preferred)
- Very comfortable with numbers, analytics, and measurement
- Understand prioritization, trade-offs, and impact
