Job Description
The role will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services, processes, and programs that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage employee lifecycle processes
- Handle requests for salary certificates and reference letters
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (IDs, passports, certifications)
- Manage off-boarding processes and exit formalities
- Create and maintain shift patterns in Oracle HRMS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
- No experience is required
