Job Description

Overview of the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Used Sales Executive to join our Used Car Sales Department in Qatar. In this role, you will drive sales performance, support customers through their car buying journey, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. You’ll be a key representative of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience. Conduct accurate evaluations of used vehicles for trade in or purchase. Complete mechanical inspection reports and verify vehicle history and documentation. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for units and gross margin. Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat business. Follow all company processes when handling cash and credit customers. Upsell additional products such as insurance, accessories, and service packages. Maintain high product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and customer needs. Ensure proper display of used cars, including pricing, condition, specs, and cleanliness. Resolve customer concerns effectively to improve satisfaction and avoid rework. Comply with company SOPs and report incidents to the showroom manager. Ensure 100% of enquiries and walk ins are logged in system with zero overdue tasks. Submit all required documents accurately and completely to relevant departments.
