IIQAF Group is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and site administration within our Construction division in Dubai. Ideal for candidates with experience in construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
- Prepare and maintain project documents and reports
- Handle data entry and record management
- Assist with purchase requests and vendor documentation
- Maintain timesheets and attendance records
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in construction preferred
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
