Local Sales & Service Unit Manager
Job Description
At ABB, you will be working as Local Sales & Service Unit Manager for the Energy Industries division based in Kuwait. You will be accountable for creating new business opportunities, service sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities from contract & non-contract customers
- Manage service sales and site service activities to meet targets
- Attend to end-users regularly for on-site installation and service requirements
- Maintain good customer relationships and satisfaction
- Standardize the offering for service products
- Re-engagement with end user and EPC players
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Service Business
- 5-10 years in Service Sales leadership position
- Good understanding of Energy Industries business
- Experience from project delivered and knowledge of sales process
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
