Principal Electrical Engineer (Power Systems)
Job Description
Our client, a world-renowned engineering consultancy firm, is seeking a highly experienced Principal Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Power Systems. Based in Busaiteen, this critical role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of complex power distribution and generation systems for major projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design and analysis for power systems
- Perform load flow, short-circuit, and transient stability studies
- Develop technical specifications and construction documents
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior electrical engineers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international accreditation
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in electrical power systems engineering
